✅ Eligible Replacement Reasons
You may request a replacement lead within 7 business days of receiving it if the lead meets any of the following criteria:
- Incorrect Contact Information: Invalid phone number or email, or unreachable contact after reasonable attempts.
- Duplicate Lead: You’ve already received the same lead from us within the past 30 days.
- Non-Matching Legal Category: The lead submitted a legal issue unrelated to the category you selected.
- Fake or Misleading Inquiry: The contact was not genuinely seeking legal assistance.
- Already Represented: The prospect is already working with another lawyer or has resolved their issue.
