1. Services Provided<\/h2>\n

The Lawyer Leads provides exclusive legal lead generation services to lawyers, advocates, and law firms within India. Leads are generated through proprietary campaigns and delivered in real time based on the filters and categories selected by the user.

2. Lead Exclusivity<\/h2>\n
\n

Each lead is delivered to a single lawyer or firm only. We do not resell or redistribute leads. However, we do not guarantee conversion, case engagement, or outcome.

3. Account Registration<\/h2>\n
\n

To access our services, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your details as needed.
\n <\/p>\n

4. Lead Usage<\/h2>\n
\n

You agree to use leads provided by The Lawyer Leads only for lawful purposes and not to:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Share or resell the lead to third parties<\/li>\n
  2. Use lead data to harass or spam prospects<\/li>\n
  3. Violate any applicable laws or Bar Council guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    5. Payments and Refunds<\/h2>\n
    \n

    All leads are charged on a pay-per-lead basis. Refunds are considered only if:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. The contact information is invalid or incomplete<\/li>\n
    2. The lead was received in duplicate<\/li>\n
    3. The enquiry is clearly irrelevant to the legal category selected<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of lead delivery.

      6. Free Trial Lead<\/h2>\n
      \n

      We offer a free lead in selected legal categories to first-time users. This is intended for quality testing only and may be limited to one per firm.
      \n <\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      7. Lead Filtering and Preferences<\/h2>\n
      \n

      While we offer filtering options to refine the type of leads you receive, we do not guarantee that every lead will meet all selected criteria. Filtering improves relevance but does not ensure a match in all cases.

      8. Data Privacy<\/h2>\n
      \n

      We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws. Lead and user data is stored securely and not shared with external parties outside the scope of service.

      9. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n

      The Lawyer Leads is not responsible for the legal outcome of any case arising from a lead. We provide marketing support only and are not a law firm or legal consultancy.

      10. Termination<\/h2>\n
      \n

      We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the platform. Any remaining lead credits may be forfeited.

      11. Modifications<\/h2>\n
      \n

      These terms may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform alerts.<\/p>\n
