At TheLawyerLeads.com, we are committed to delivering high-quality, real-time legal leads that help you grow your practice. However, we understand that there may be rare instances where a lead does not meet our quality standards.

Our Lead Replacement Policy ensures fairness and transparency in such cases.

 

✅ Eligible for Replacement


You may request a replacement lead within 3 business days of receiving it if the lead meets any of the following criteria:

  1. Invalid Contact Information: Phone number or email address is non-functional, disconnected, or fake.
  2. Duplicate Lead: You have previously received the exact same lead from us.
  3. Outside Practice Area: The lead is clearly unrelated to the legal category you selected.
  4. Wrong Geography: The lead is from a region you did not select or serve.
  5. Fake/Spam Submission: Lead is clearly spam, bot-submitted, or intentionally misleading.

 

❌ Not Eligible for Replacement


Leads will not be replaced under the following circumstances:

  1. You were unable to reach the lead despite valid contact information.
  2. The lead chose another lawyer or is no longer interested.
  3. You attempted to contact the lead outside the response window.
  4. You failed to submit a replacement request within 3 business days.
  5. You already accepted a replacement for the same lead.

 

🔁 How to Request a Replacement


  1. Submit a Request: Email us at [support@thelawyerleads.com] with the lead details and reason for the replacement request.
  2. Provide Evidence: Attach a screenshot, call log, or any supporting evidence if required.
  3. Review: Our team will review the request and respond within 2 business days.
  4. Decision & Replacement: If approved, we will issue a replacement lead free of charge.

 

📝 Additional Notes


  1. Replacements are issued one-to-one for eligible leads only.
  2. Abuse or excessive replacement requests may result in suspension of your account.
  3. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
