2. Lead Exclusivity

Each lead is assigned to one law firm only and is never resold. However, we do not guarantee client engagement or conversion.

 

 

3. Eligibility and Registration

You must be a qualified and practising Australian lawyer or law firm to register. You agree to provide accurate information about your firm, including valid email and practice area preferences.

 

 

4. Lead Usage

Leads are for your firm’s internal use only. You agree not to:

  1. Resell or share leads with third parties
  2. Use lead information for unlawful or unethical conduct
  3. Contact leads in a manner that violates legal practice regulations

 

 

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Our model operates on a pay-per-lead basis. You may request a refund only if:

  1. The lead includes incorrect or non-working contact details
  2. The lead was previously delivered to your account
  3. The enquiry is unrelated to your selected legal category

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the lead.

 

 

6. Free Lead Trial

Each firm is eligible to receive one free, real-time lead per legal category. This is offered for evaluation purposes and may be subject to approval.

 

 

7. Filtering Preferences

We offer advanced filtering options by location, urgency, and case type. While filters improve targeting, we do not guarantee a perfect match on every lead.

 

 

8. Data Privacy and Security

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for misuse, including unethical outreach or platform abuse. Unused lead credits may be forfeited upon termination.
