The Lawyer Leads provides exclusive legal lead generation services to licensed lawyers and law firms in Singapore. Leads are generated through online campaigns and delivered in real time based on selected legal categories and filters.
2. Lead Exclusivity
All leads are assigned to a single firm and are never resold. However, we do not guarantee conversion or client engagement.
3. Eligibility and Registration
Only licensed law practices in Singapore may use our platform. You agree to provide accurate and updated registration details, including firm name, email, and preferred practice areas.
4. Lead Usage
You agree to use leads for lawful, professional purposes only. You may not:
- Share, resell, or distribute leads to third parties
- Use lead data for spam or unethical outreach
- Misrepresent your services to prospects
5. Pricing and Refund Policy
Our services operate on a pay-per-lead basis with no ongoing contracts. Refunds may be issued in cases of:
- Invalid or unreachable contact information
- Duplicate or previously assigned leads
- Clearly irrelevant enquiries
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of lead delivery.
6. Free Lead Trial
First-time users are entitled to receive a free, real-time legal lead in every available legal category. This is intended for quality evaluation, with a limit of one free lead per category per law firm.
7. Filtering Preferences
We provide filtering options (e.g., legal category, urgency, location, pass type) to refine the types of leads delivered. While filtering enhances relevance, we cannot guarantee exact matches on every criterion.
8. Data Privacy and Protection
We comply with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). All user and lead data is stored securely and used only for service delivery and support purposes.
9. Platform Conduct
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be misusing the platform or violating these terms. Abuse of leads, misrepresentation, or unethical practices may lead to permanent removal.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Lawyer Leads is a marketing and lead delivery platform. We are not a law firm and do not guarantee the legal merit, outcome, or suitability of any lead.
11. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. You will be notified of material changes via email or platform notifications.
