Lead Replacement Policy

At TheLawyerLeads.com, we take pride in delivering exclusive, high-quality legal leads to law firms and solicitors across the UK. While most leads meet our strict quality criteria, we recognise that exceptions may arise. This policy outlines the terms under which a lead may be eligible for replacement.

 

✅ Leads Eligible for Replacement


You may request a replacement within 3 business days if the lead meets any of the following conditions:

  1. Invalid Contact Details: The provided phone number or email is non-functional, fake, or unreachable.
  2. Duplicate Lead: The same lead was delivered to you more than once.
  3. Incorrect Legal Category: The lead request does not relate to the legal area you selected (e.g. received a property law lead when you requested family law).
  4. Out-of-Territory Lead: The lead is from a region or jurisdiction you do not cover (e.g. Scotland when you only practise in England & Wales).
  5. Clearly Fraudulent/Spam Enquiry: The submission appears to be spam, irrelevant, or intentionally false.

 

❌ Leads Not Eligible for Replacement


We do not offer replacements in the following situations:

  1. You contacted the lead but they chose another firm.
  2. The lead was unreachable despite valid details.
  3. You failed to follow up in a timely manner.
  4. Replacement was requested more than 3 business days after delivery.
  5. A prior replacement was already issued for the same order.

 

🔁 How to Request a Replacement


  1. To request a replacement, simply log in to your account and visit the Lead Replacement Page. From there:
    1. Select the Lead: Choose the specific lead you’d like reviewed.
    2. Enter the Reason: Provide a short explanation for the replacement request.
    3. Submit Request: Our system will log your submission and notify our support team.
    4. Review Time: We will assess and respond within 2 working days.
    5. If Approved: A replacement lead will be issued at no additional cost.

 

🔒 Additional Information


  1. We maintain a strict anti-abuse policy to ensure fair usage.
  2. We reserve the right to deny excessive or unsubstantiated replacement requests.
  3. The replacement policy may be amended without prior notice.
