What does “Accept All” mean in the location filters?
"Accept All" is a single option that means you want leads from every location covered by that product, instead of hand-picking individual areas. It's priced as its own option — selecting it automatically takes the place of picking specific areas one by one, so you don't need to (and can't) select both at once.

Can I select more than one location, instead of Accept All?
Yes — tick as many individual locations as you want instead of choosing Accept All. The total price of the product adjusts based on how many locations you select, so you only pay for the coverage you actually want.

Can I filter down to a specific city, county, or postcode/ZIP, not just the whole area?
On many products, yes — once you pick your top-level location, additional fields appear letting you narrow further (for example, specific cities or postcode/ZIP targets within that area). Not every practice area has this extra layer; where it's available, it appears directly under the location filter on the product page.

Can I change my filters after I’ve already placed an order?
Your existing order keeps the filters you chose at checkout — it doesn't change automatically. To receive leads matching different filters, place a new order with the filters you want. Any changes you make to an existing order's filters are logged and viewable under My Account → Order Update History.

What other filters can I apply besides location?
It depends on the practice area — most products let you filter by case type or issue in addition to location, and some include filters like urgency or specific case circumstances. Check the filter section on each product page for the exact options available for that practice area.
